GAVE ME A CAR AND TOOK IT BACK IN THREE MONTHS STATED THAT I WASNT APPROVED AGAIN I QUOTE (3) MONT

Worst experience ever! Do not buy from them!

Avoid this place. Worst experience ever. They allowed one of their mechanics to sell his personal car under their license unbeknownst to me and one month later, the car needs a new transmission as well as new alternator and car seems to now be stuck in cruise control. They won't take responsibility because they say the car didn't belong to them. They gave me a 3 month warranty policy with a 3rd party company and told me if anything was wrong, just bring it in and they would take care of it.

Their so called 3 month warranty will not cover the repairs at their shop (or anywhere unless certain conditions are met) and Matt says he will not pay for repairs for a car that belonged to the mechanic although it was sold under Drive Now's name and license. Coincidentally, that mechanic no longer works there. Then they let me drive on an expired temporary tag because they decided to wait until day 31 to take care of business at the DMV, although I had been in there several times during the month to inquire about the tag. Way to put your reputation on line as well as your license. Congratulations for ripping off a 17 year old on his very first car.



They only got a star from me because I couldn't submit without one.
