This location lost me as a cus...

This location lost me as a customer due to horrible customer service!! I was a loyal, repeat customer until I had a question about my bill one day. I called the store to inquire, but got a "I don't give a damn" response, so I asked to speak to the manager. The jerk said HE is the manager. I was so frustrated that I asked for the franchise owner's name, but he wouldn't give me the info. Seems very shady to me. I'm walking with my money.
