We've been using Dog Days & Cat Naps for over 8 years and they are fantastic. Our sitter emails us a pet report card on each visit, and our pets are always happy when we return home.

I would like to take this time to let you know how happy with are for the service that your company provides and we are pleased that you hire such quality people. It is a comfort being able to leave our pets and know that someone very reliable is taking care of them.

We had a great pet sitter through Dog Days and Cat naps. We recently moved to the area and didn't have friends or family to care for our two dogs. At the new client meeting, our sitter really set our minds at ease. She had pets herself and had cared for many other pets and our dogs loved her. We kept in touch while we were away and our pups seemed really happy when we returned home. Loved her notes on the pet report.

Just wanted to say how happy we were with our pet sitter at Dog Days & Cat Naps. She took great care of our kitty, kept us posted every day with texts and pics. Our cat is very shy, but warmed up very quickly to our sitter. We will definitely use them again.

We love Dog Days & Cat Naps! They were very professional from the start. When I first contacted them, they provided me with thorough information about the service and how it all works. They were upfront about rates and payment options, and everything is listed on their website. They sent a great pet sitter to meet with us and our pets. She was fantastic and our pets took to her right away. She asked questions about their feeding and routine, and I could tell she really loved animals. After our meeting, Dog Days followed up with me to make sure our sitter was a good fit for us. I was able to add all of my pet sitting instructions for my pet sitter in my online account. I could also check my schedule online which was reassuring. When the pet sitting started, I received a text from my pet sitter with a few pictures of my pets. I felt completely comfortable at this point so I could actually enjoy my vacation! When we returned home, my pets were happy and my house was clean. The litter boxes were scooped and the sitter had swept up around them (my cats track a lot of litter around their boxes!). The food bowls were clean and everyone had fresh water. They left me a cute report card telling me how everyone did on each visit, which was great to hear. The company followed up after we returned home to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I couldn't have asked for a better service for my pets. Thank you so much!

Pet Sitting FAIL. I was supposed to receive a daily report for my 10 day vacation. The report ended after the 5th day (just at the start of the 4th holiday..hmm.) The Owner stands up for her pet sitter regardless of them not notifying me after 1 of the dogs got sick on my wood floor. I came back to dried diarrhea and a warped wood floor. The owner tells me that the sitter could not find cleaning supplies despite me leaving them on the counter...and more under the kitchen sink. A simple pet update (that you said you would provide) could have solved this problem. It took me a week of phone calls to get my keys back - when they were returned they were placed under the mat without my knowledge for anyone to grab. If you care about your pets, I do not recommend this headache. Major FAIL.
