I took my shih Tzu in to get a cut and when I picked him up they shaved him too close on his belly his chest and his front paw.
They never told me they hurt the dog until I got to the car and I picked him up to put him in and he started crying I knew right away they did something.
He went in there a happy puppy and he came home dramatized I can't even pick him up and cuddle him because he's so caught up.
They butchered my dog that's exactly what they did they butchered my dog

This place is like a Drive Thur.... Making decisions without consulting the owner is ridiculous. Then using the excuse "misunderstanding" for their mistake. i would never recommend this place to anyone. Way to go for a so called business owner .

this is the best place i've used for grooming. the prices are great and they really care about the animals

I took my cat in for his first bath ever and I didn't expect for it to be completed to be honest but she managed to get it done w/out stressin him out. highly recommend
