I am the bride who had a horrible floral experience with this company 3 years ago and just saw your response to my review, I apologize for the late reply but as stated in my original terrible review of this company... You lied TWICE in your response. You did not show up HOURS after my wedding, you stayed the whole time in your big white delivery truck off to the side...and waited for the ceremony to end. My wedding party and I where taking pictures on the putting green and by the time I got back to our wedding area YOU, along with my arch and rose petals that I had paid for where swiped clean. The wedding coordinator never told you to take the arch, and If you where truly worried about your customer service, wouldn't you had looked for the bride to ask her?? OR you could have taken the flowers off of the arch being thats what I paid for, I would have loved to have dried some of them to keep in my memory book and to display along with my bouquet. The reason my mother called you and NOT MYSELF...THE BRIDE, is because I was on my honeymoon enjoying my time with my husband. Thanks for offering to bring the arch to my house?? Because I can get back in my wedding gown, have my hair done again, rent tuxes for my groom and grooms men...expect to have all my bridesmaids and family all dressed up again and return to my house?? The place I was NOT united in marriage with my husband at?? I have told SEVERAL brides about your services, some who have stayed away and one who decided to use your services..and then regretted it. The fact that you came back onto a public forum and then LIED and made excuses for yourself goes to show what type of company you are running. I would have no reason to demean a company or attempt to harm your business reputation if I had not had a terrible experience myself. You should stick to what you do best, hospital flowers.

I've lived in Jax for about 3 months. I needed flowers this weekend for a friend who was in the hospital with minor surgery. The woman who helped me got me a great bouquet that she said should last about 2 weeks. My friend loved how the flowers looked, but more importantly, how they mad the hospital room smell. I would highly recommend this flower shop to anyone!!

I have used this florist on several occasions and have never been disappointed. From mother's day, Valentine's day and everything in between, the quality and customer service from Dinsmore is top notch!!!

We had many compliments on the beautiful casket spray, which was recently purchased, for our mama's funeral. Everyone loved our sister's idea of the 3 red roses for each child. Thanks again for a well designed arrangement made with such love and care. We loved it! The Yarbrough Family

DO NOT use this florist unless you are looking for a HUGE let down!! These "people" for lack of a better word did my wedding flowers and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. First off they showed up 30 minutes before my wedding while I had guest arriving to decorate my venue ..and the flowers where something to be desired. But here is the kicker.... I had paid to rent an arbor from the florist and paid her to decorate it... after my ceremony my bridal party and I didnt even have time to return to the arbor and place of the ceremony before they had loaded up the arbor (COMPLETE WITH THE FLOWERS I HAD PAID HER FOR TO DECORATE IT, WHICH I CONSIDER STOLEN SINCE I HAD PURCHASED THEM) in the back of their truck and LEFT! SO now i am left with no pictures of my husband and I in front of the arbor we where married under.. nor do I have a flower from the arrangement she had on the arbor to place in our memory book. Also, 3 of my groomsmen and Also my father "father of the bride" all of their boutonnieres BROKE! Mid Ceremony roses snapped off of two of my groomnsmen and fell to the ground, I have it on video!! PLEASE BRIDES do not use this florist if you are sentimental, because they will do nothing but take what precious memories you could have had from your weddng and crush them. Also do not use if you are a timely person and expect to have things done in an orderly manner, please keep in mind I was told they would arrive at 2:30 to drop off our flowers and decorate.... yet they grace us with their presence at 3:20... a mere 40 minutes before I had to walk down the aisle.

Again..... I WARN ANY BRIDES FROM USING THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful business to work with, everyone there is so nice and honest! Georgia makes the most gorgeous arrangements!!

Nice place, no complaints here.
