stay away from this company! they did a horrible job on my first car and have not been able to reach them to do second car (we purchased a certificate for two details). Detail

USA out of California has had numerous complaints from customers of this Detail USA Jacksonville thinking California was associated with Jacksonville since they have the same name. NO CONNECTION.

THEY WERE TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY GOOD. I HAD TO TRADE MY CAR IN AND NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME RIGHT AWAY. THEY HAD MULTIPLE CREWS AND HAD A DETAILER TO ME IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THE JOB WAS SO GOOD I NOW USE THEM WEEKLY INSTEAD OF A CAR WASH. MY WHOLE FAMILY HAS SWITCHED TO THEM AND LOVE THEIR SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER USE ANY OTHER COMPANY.
