I had an appointment and did not call me or let me know. when called they told me that they cannot come in .

took permission to be early to be for the appt but they did not honor the appointment.

In order to get the appt itself, i had to call to 4 times in a row and finally got the appt but they never made the appt.

business should honor the appt and try to be on time. would they like the same if customer does not show up when they are at the door and the customer asks them to come later another day !!!!

*UPDATE* 9/15/21 Was able to get in touch with the owner and he has stated that he is working towards getting his contractor’s license so that he can get the appropriate permit pulled and perform the corrective actions required to bring the work into compliance with the citation. I will update this review once the work is complete.

I contracted this company on 7/2/21 to install a shallow well and new pump. The owner was to pull the required permits to do this work as it was included in the price however I found out that this contractor has no contractor license and thus did not pull a permit to do the work. I received a Cease and Desist Citation from the City of Jax dated 9/7/21 after they came to my property to inspect the work. Per the citation no permit was pulled and the work done was not constructed to standards including the grouting of the well. Anyone who has used this company to install a well on their property may want to check to see if all permits were pulled as you may be getting a citation.

I hired them to dig a well and put in a pump. A few months later the pump broke and it took several calls to get them to come look at it. They constantly do not show up for appointments and never call with any explanation. Then when you do get in touch with them you get so many excuses it could create a volume of books. I finally got so tired of their customer service I called and called and called until they would answer. Then I got cussed out by them and threatened as well. So after they got their money here is what I got in return. A broken pump, with no expectation of ever getting fixed, I have been cussed out and threatened when I ask them to fix the pump they installed, they do not show up for appointments, they are completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this business at all costs.

Very professional and the nicest that I've dealt with when it comes to my plumbing issues. They will be the only people I call from now on!! Highly recommend.

Jeremy, (the owner) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He designed a great well system for my home. The water quality is fantastic. I've never been able to drink well water until now. The purification system he sold me works flawlessly. I refer all of my friends to Destin's well and pump! If you have any problems with your call the Destin family!!

Super honest and never afraid to get their hands dirty so you don't have to! The Destin's were really affordable and gave me a bunch of money savings tips. I'd say I'd hire them again, except it got done right the first time!

Jeremy is a classy guy and really helped me get my well in Middleburg Florida in tip top shape (Because we all know about the noxious and deadly fumes that exude from the ground out there---Just kidding LOL, LOL, LOL)

My father was having problems with his well system. We called many local companies before we found Destin's Well & Pump Service. They were very knowledgeable and friendly...not the type of service we got with some of the other companies. The owner came out to my Dad's property and inspected the current system. Destin's was able to advise us of the work needed, why it was needed, and how it would make things run more efficiently and save $$! We will be using Destin's Well and Pump Service and recommending them to friends and family.

I needed a well for irrigation purposes at my property in Yulee, and not only did Destin well get it done in a day, they did it for much less than I was quoted by other companies. Have had zero issues with my well and my very large garden is happy as can be. Highly recommended.
