I called Them on Sunday and he came out the next day - he was courteous and explained what he would be doing and went straight to work and had the faucet and garbage disposal installed in no time - We had been struggling with replacing the faucet ourselves the week before and, even though the manufacturer said that it was easy to replace, we found out that it wasn't as easy as they had said, however, Brandon had the faucet out and replaced with no trouble at all - I was very impressed with Brandon and when I had a problem with a rental property a couple of weeks later, I didn't hesitate to call him. I called him on Sunday again and he was at the rental property early Monday morning - he determined what the problem was and took care of it and let us know that we needed to have the septic tank pumped also to make sure that everything would be clear and after I asked him, he recommended a company to help us with that. I was very pleased with the service I received and how quickly he was able to come out - I have waited in the past a week or longer for a plumber to come out to do a job like replacing a faucet, etc.(unless it was an emergency) but Brandon came out both times the very next day. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends for their plumbing needs. His prices seem to be right and sometimes less than the other plumbers I have used
