I've had a patient there for many years named Merlin. I haven't had any issues with the treatment of my dog,however today, I do not know what is wrong with their office staff. They lied to me about how many visits my pet had and then when they realized they were wrong the particular office person ( I didn't see name tags - Black hair, older woman ) did not apologize for her false information. Basically she was accusing me of being a liar and my pet not having been attended by them. I have tried to get in touch with the San Jose Beauclerc Office staff and apparently she was in a "meeting". I haven't heard back. I don't appreciate being called a liar. I will not have someone disrespect me who is getting my business and in charge of the welfare of my pet when I have him taken care of. I will take my business to another reputable Pet Clinic/Hospital instead of paying people to be rude to me and possibly mistreat my pet.
