We hired DDR from the site "Thumbtack" - we were anxious to find a company to assist us after Hurricane Matthew in October. DDR was the only respondent to our request that emailed a "personal" or "not canned" sounding message: "We are in the area and I can come by now if you want". I called as soon as I could and they met us within 2 hours of our search. We were impressed with their professionalism, personalities and honesty about what needed to be done. We solicited three quotes for the necessary work. While all 3 were within the same ballpark, DDR offered the best bid - and their bid included some work that the others did not. DDR stayed in constant contact with us throughout the water remediation and subsequent restoration. We highly recommend DDR for water remediation and restoration. DDR Restoration went to my house to do a water damage,and they did an incredible job. I would recommend DDR Restoration to everyone. They work at a fast pace and they did it correctly. They work really hard to make me happy.
