Had a front load washer replaced by warranty company in Jacksonville, Florida. They purchased from GE, who used Daryl Flood for delivery. Got a call from them within a few days, scheduled delivery for next morning. The driver called 30 minutes ahead, they showed up, installed the new washer and took the old one away with no problem. Parking wasn’t easy, but they made it work. Had to carry it up a few flights, but they didn’t complain. And they had the new hoses, so no problem there. Very friendly and professional!

Wow! This is a horrible company for appliance delivery and installation.

We went through a home warranty service to get a dishwasher repaired, and the appliance repair man said it had to be replaced.

For whatever reason, the home warranty people used Daryl Flood to handle delivery and installation. More than a month has gone by, and it still hasn’t happened. The first time they came by, they had not called to say they were coming, so nobody was home. The second time, a guy told us he couldn’t install it, because WE need to buy a drain extension hose from Home Depot (couldn’t use the one that was there); he never unloaded anything from his rental truck. We bought the hose and rescheduled. Next guy showed up nearly two hours past the 4-hour window they had given us, and he said he couldn’t install it, because the drain hose we had purchased (the only one Home Depot sold) was a universal hose, and he can only use one that is specific to the appliance manufacturer (nobody had ever even told us what model was to be installed); this guy never unloaded anything from hisvunmarked trailer.

By this time, the original warranty claim had expired, so we had to start the process over.
