I hired D & W to cut down a tree and trim back some branches from another in my yard. They cut everything down just fine, but left the limbs piled up on my back patio. Some of them are 12" thick and way to big for me to move. I have been trying to contact them repeatedly to come and remove their waste, but they refuse to answer my calls or call me back. I have now had to file a complaint with the city for illegal dumping and they will be fined and cited. I am very disappointed with this company, especially considering they live in the same neighborhood I do and this would've taken them less than 30 minutes to fix but they refused.
