Worst apartment complex in Jacksonville.

STRONG possibility of a mold problem. They just keep painting over it. Management does not care about the tenants ,nothing but the money.

The outside of the building is nasty and dirty.

They never power wash the outside for debris.

They have a serious issue with roaches. Iam glad to be moving out.
