The gun smith talks down to you thinks he knows more about my gun
than manufacturer took my gun to green acres they didn't try to lecture me just what is the problem fixed it one day with no lecture

I have been doing business with these guys for fifty years. Long before you could run up to Walmart or purchase things on line. I have hunted with a double barrel shotgun I bought from them for all these years. Got a great deal on that old used gun. But never will I forget the great deal I got.

The gunsmith is good, a reasonable price, but the customer service is so bad I will pay more to avoid the lectures. They seem to want to talk more than get the job done.

Gary the gunsmith needs to go to customer service training. When you tell me (the customer) that you don't care what I say? I will NEVER step foot in this store again.
