We have booked a seminar cruise for 4 years. Service is always excellent. Nancy Williams not only provides excellent service on land but has traveled with our group as a hostess. No matter what the issue is on land or at sea, Nancy always comes through. Definately a 5 star company***

Suzanne really knows her stuff and goes out of her way to find the best deals for us making sure every detail is covered along the way. We just had our Wedding on a Cruise with 40 of our friends and family. From the pre wedding nerves, arranging all the travel details for our large group, to all the fine details on our wedding day, the TEAM at the CRUISE CENTER made it a special occasion for everyone. We had some special needs relatives and they could of not been happier with all the care they we're given. Our friends and family are still talking about this special trip and all the great memories we had!

Agents work very hard to get best possible rates for each client and are genuinely glad when there is a price reduction and they can pass it on to their clients even tho it may reduce their commission. They return calls promptly, and are courteous, friendly and willing to spend time with a client listening to them so that they can arrange each trip to fit each persons pocketbook and expectations. Bottom line is "they want you to have a great vacation".
