I came into crucial care because I was having a miscarriage. I can't express how much I appreciate the compassion I received from every person I interacted with. Losing my child has been the hardest thing I've ever gone through. I'm so grateful that I chose crucial care. Their staff and doctors have made a difficult time in my family's life bearable. I truly felt like my doctors cared for me as a person. I cannot thank you enough.

Not very good at relaying information on the you about Ortho. and setting up appointments. Not very happy with them at all.. Waste of time to go here and pay for the to tell you to go someplace else for appointments and treatments.

I want to sincerely thank all of you for your help that you provided. I could have been not diagnosed, or pushed out thinking I was coming in late Friday looking for pain meds. You guys took me serious and possibly saved my life. I was diagnosed w/a PE to my lungs and was immediately hospitalized following due to your caring and dedicated work. I am very thankful that Crucial Care is full of smart, dedicated, and talented doctors and nurses that dedicated their time to meet my needs and saving my life. You guys stayed open late on Friday just to assist me! Thank you all so very much and I am truly blessed that I came to you guys on that Friday afternoon. I will not forget about the care you provided.

I returned to Crucial Care for urgent medical care in complete confidence knowing Id receive competent, extra caring treatment from the staff. Everybody is so friendly and helpful! A pleasant environment and excellent care. Far better than hospital ER!

I went to Crucial Care and was treated for a fracture of the neck (C-2). I was examined, had a cat scan completed, read, a collar placed and was out of the door with an appointment scheduled with a neuro- surgeon all within 55 minutes!!

Dr. Cosentino found the hypercalcemia that was used to diagnose my wife's cancer. Our family has always been happy with the service, care, and professionalism here.

As a retired healthcare executive with 30+ experience this is my second experience here. Everyone is great. The patient I brought in is a 91 year old WWII Nurse, who lives in a horrible nursing home. Feisty and take care of others in the home whom staff ignore. She stated, "This place is very, very good and did not believe there are places like this today. They take their time and are caring and not condescending." Crucial Care is an answer to a prayer for healthcare in America. Please take this national. I am your neighbor down the street. I am recommending you to everyone I know all over Jacksonville.

The physicians and staff at Crucial Care saved my life. I thought I was having some pretty bad heart burn and my primary sent me to Crucial Care but really I was having a heart attack. Crucial Care got me back immediatley and diagnosed my condition within minutes. I was stablized and sent to the baptist downtown where there is a cath lab and I was having a triple bypass the next day. The staff at Crucial Care called everyday to check on my progress until the day I was sent home. I am so thankful they saved my life.

I called my primary care physician as I was having lower abdominal pains. They could not fit me in, but highly recommended Crucial Care. I called to get directions and asked if I could be seen immediately. The person I spoke with said it was likely they could get me right in. When I arrived, they attended to me right away and I was in the back office within 5 minutes. From the time I was in the back, I was given full attention by the nurses and ER physicians - even to the point of a warmed blanket. All the tests were done quickly and it was determined I had appendicitis. The physician came in and asked where I would prefer to go for the surgery. I said my first choice would be the Mayo clinic, since I am familiar with it since my wife had surgery there. He said he would see what he could do and get back to me shortly. From the time my wife drove me to their entrance and a sweet, attractive lady came out to see if I needed help walking, my experience with their facility was extraordinary in the most positive way.At a time when the medical care industry is taking negative hits, someone should know how efficient and caring all of the Crucial Care staff are. I was immediately shown into an exam room and from that point there was someone administering tests, care or explanations with very little delay.While they had other patients, I felt like a priority. The end result so far is that I can walk well with the brace, the pain has gone and Ill be able to take a planned trip this weekend. I would recommend them to anyone.

In August, after a week long flu, my seven year old daughter awoke at 4:00 a.m. struggling to breathe. I called 911 and we were immediately rushed to the children's hospital. After chest x-rays, blood work, and almost 5 hours, she was discharged as having "muscle spasms in the chest from coughing nmaking her feel like she could not breathe." My instinct told me this was not right. I took her from the hospital directly to Crucial Care. The wonderful doctor there took a head and neck x-ray immediately and within minutes diagnosed my daughter with epiglotitis - a strep infection of the epiglotis that causes the epiglotis to block the windpipe. He put her on an antibiotic and explained to me how dangerous this diagnosis is if untreated. Without the proper antibiotic, her epiglotis would have continued to swell until passing air would become immpossible. Dr. Dodaro at Crucial Care saved my daughter's life....There are no words of gratitude strong enough to express my thanks.

I went to their facility as I had not felt well for a day or so and I felt very blessed that I chose Crucial Care. It was apparent from the moment I stepped inside that I was going to be cared for an exceptional and well trained staff. It was apparent from the first moment that each person I came in contact with was very caring and concerned. I am finally over the viral infection and feeling alive again. A very special thank you to each member of the team.

I went to the Crucial Care center with chest pains. Within 30 minutes, they had diagnosed me with a heart attack and I was entering the Mayo Clinic. My doctor said I had a major heart attack and the people @ Crucial Care probably saved my life with the professional and expedient care and diagnosis I received at their facility. God bless them all.

This was the most awesome experience I've ever had. I drove from the airport and although I was in a lot of pain, it was worth the trip! Thank you for everything!

AMAZING! I think they saved my dad's life. It was like an ER, but everyone was so nice. Highly recommend!
