Worst company to work for. Run far away. This company is very unethical and lacks professionalism. Company is managed by a woman having an affair with the married owner. She is very vindictive and chooses favorites. This manager will bring her favorites coffee in the morning and invite to luncheons whole all other employees are not invited. If you’re not in with her “clique” you are constantly picked on and there’s always something she wants to complain about. She walks through the halls threatening everyone’s jobs daily. Her phrases to be exact is she is going to “clean house” or that “you are all replaceable”. Employees cannot succeed in this environment. The employees in her clique are allowed to leave for hours at a time to go shopping for handbags and clothes without clocking out while other employees are crucified for being 30 seconds late due to traffic. Any mistake made by the “favorites” are covered up. One day the manager even bragged that it was “sushi Friday” saying that this means she will be firing someone. She laughed about it the whole afternoon and fired an employee at the end of the day. Meetings are called whenever there is any mistake and the manager will yell at the whole staff and while doing so staring at the person who made the mistake so that they feel singled out. Any issue you go to a manager or supervisor about becomes public.
