Continuum of Care has been a lifesaver for my father in law. His caregiver is wonderfully attentive, always prompt, reliable, cheerful and very patient with him as the dementia progresses. The rates are very competitive and fair. Our whole family is very happy with Continuum of Care and would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

By far the best home care in Jacksonville. The software they use allows for seamless communication. They have a nice van too.
