This customer took the boat on a water test, The boat did NOT perform well. We made no excuses for the boat and we did not claim to know exactly what repairs needed to be done.

He decided to buy it anyway. We did not pressure him to buy.

The next day he decided he got a bad deal. There was a mix up on the model year of the motor. I offered him a $500. refund, that was the profit we made on the sale, he declined.

This customer had every oppertunity to check out the boat before he bought. He signed the AS IS agreement.

I think he mad at himself for not for not doing his homework. We put a warning on each boat that states that "information we have is provided to us by the boat owner and we cannot guarantee it's accuracy"

I am sorry he is "pissed off" as we try to make all our customers happy..... John Consignm,ent City Marine
