The management needs to take a long look at the number of employees who are working at any given time. Agreeing with the former rating, the personell are overworked and swamped, which isn't the employee's fault but that of poor management. Other Walmart's in town have more employees and faster service. Its a huge sprawling store you know going in that you will receive little to no customer service without waiting. I give it a two, while other Walmarts might score higher.

Went to have the oil changed. The person was rude and not helpful in anyway. Ended up waiting for about twenty minute prior to a sales associate to assist us.
