I bought a used CRV a week ago. On the way home a light came on the dashboard. I called and was told to take it to service but it wasn't going to be taken care of for free. Even though I took in my own tag I got a temporary tag on which the VIN is incorrectly recorded. Spend $13,000 and they don't call and ask about your experience. They don't care and they will tell you anything to sell a car. I'm not a happy camper and I hope the vehicle is a good one. I'll get it checked out by my shop. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this dealership...unless they are all like this.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord last week and my experience was very positive. My sales person, Laurie B, was very attentive, listened to my wants and not wants. She gave me her full attention and allowed me to take all day to complete the transaction. I would recommend her to anyone shopping for a new car. I was driving a rental car and she even arranged for it's return. If, for any reason, I need a new car again I will surely request Laurie as my sales person.

Great service

I purchased my 2010 honda accord here last year and it was a great experience. Every one was very nice and not pushy. I have my regular services done at this location as well. Allison and Jeremy in the service department are both great. All around great service here.

I bought a new Civic Si and it has been a great experience. The sales rep Henry, sales manager Surgi were straight forward and I got a great deal compared to other dealers. Met the parts manager Tony and the service manager Greg as well. What a great bunch of guys. Customer for life !!

I worked with Jim in the service department. And he is my new personal hero. :) I came in for a routine oil change and another minor issue... which turned out to be a bigger issue, requiring a more involved repair. Jim was amazing. He communicated with me throughout the process, got the entire repair covered under my warranty, and secured a rental car for me while my car was being fixed. He provided really incredible service from start to finish. We've always had wonderful experiences at Coggin Honda with their professional and courteous staff. So we will continue to be loyal customers!

Car buying sucks but this experience was actually pretty tolerable. Typical car buying experience, walk in with a price ceiling and negotiate, but the sales people and managers were very attentive and helped me get a great car down to that price. Yeah once you get in to sign for everything it gets a bit lengthy, but they make it comfortable with plenty of amenities. Those amenities certainly carry over to the service department. After the tour of the service area Im looking forward to my first service visit with my new car.

I went there in need of a car ...

I went there in need of a car with reasonable monthly payments.They had a vehicle with just that however the speakers were blown and I was told that the speakers could be fixed but the price of the vehicle would go up.To me when making payments of nearly 300 per month I would think speakers could be replaced. I gave a second try at another vehicle I was told I needed more money a couple of days later I got the money and I was told the banks had changed their mind. They did offer another vehicle but it had not even been inspected yet and it had just been recieved that day.I should have never went back after the first insult with the speakers dont go there unless you have exhausted all options especially if you are a woman they think you are an idiot. On the other hand there is a really nice sales person,I would fire the other guy before you get sued.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had an issue in the used car center. I went to the main show room and spoke to a manager who did nothing about the situation. He could careless about what had just happened. His main focus was leasing me a car. WHICH I WOULD NEVER DO! Both Used & New car sales departments had TERRIBLE customer service. I was there to have my car looked at, which was est. to take 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later i finally got my car back after having to pitch a fit.
