I had my car fixed here and the experience was great, William and John were both really helpful. My car was fixed fast and right!

A wonderful experience. My Buick was hit while parked at a motel in Virginia on May 14, 2015. Driver was a real gentleman; exchanged insurance info (State Farm) etc. State Farm called me and made an appointment for inspection on June 1, took about 30 minutes, received check same day, repaired on June 3, took about one hour, and they even washed my car. A perfect experience.

These guys are great!! My Cadillac was hit while parked at the mall. The driver's side door had to be repaired and painted so In took it to Coggin Collision, It was repaired in 3 days and looked as good as new. They also reconditioned my wheels. The manager called me with updates and all the employees were so polite. Will definitely go back.

Stay away from this place. They had my daughter's car 8 days before giving us an estimate. We had to pay an extra 8 days on a rental car, because they took so long to give us the estimate. They have had the car 17 days and it's still not done! They are rude and never return your calls. I have State Farm insurance and this is a preferred facility for them. I would never take another car to this place, EVER!

I do not recommend this facility. I've called to check on the status of the repairs on my car after an accident and it is a "preferred" facility of a national insurance company. The person responsible for my car is either out to lunch, called in sick, on vacation. This has been going on for 2 months. My car is suppose to be finished today per my insurance company but the person facility cannot give me a definite time or confirm the date. This facility is in Jacksonville and I live a different city about 1 hr to 45 minutes away. I have to make arrangements to come to this city, which is a lot of time and gas. The give conflicting information when I speak to them vs. the insurance company. I have no idea what has been repaired to my car. They started the repairs without my knowledge. When the car was towed in, I advised I just wanted an estimate. Now I do not know what is done or now much damage my car had.

After getting in a car accident I chose Coggin Collision to do the estimate of my damages, the men were very un professional and rude. Both men I dealt with while at this establishment acted like I was wasting their time or interrupting their morning chat time. When I finally got out side with the person doing the estimate he barely looked at the car, he snapped 4 pictures real quick and insisted that the impact of my car accident couldn't have caused any issue with the alignment or balancing of the car (which is a complete lie.) He had no interest in trying to help me, he pointed out my car having had a paint job and seemed to imply that maybe the car was like that when I bought the car. I explained to him that my car was purchased from a dealership and the sale was legit and assured him that 1 year and half ago when I purchased my car their were no damages. These people are rude, disrespectful, quick to try to get you out of their hair and don't seem to know what they are talking about. After talking to a couple other people, it turns out I am not the only person who has had a horrible experience with them. If you want someone who cares about serving you respectfully and fully, I suggest you go somewhere else. Coggin Collision will definitely not be fixing my car.
