I was online shopping for several weeks, when I came across a 2015 Dodge Challenger at Coggin Buick GMC in Jacksonville. Sad to say, by the time I was able to make a decision it was sold. But NO WORRIES, because I was working with an AWESOME salesmen "RYAN SELLERS" who got me into an even better car, a 2016 Dodge Challeger. Ryan had everything approved, prepared, and ready to go before I even walked in the door. Might I add, any concerns I had regarding the the price and interest rates, were adjusted within minutes by the finance manager. Ryan made me feel comfortable at the showroom. He guided me through everything, and answered every question I had. He even provided his cell number for any questions or concerns I might have after I purchased my dream car. I must say, after purchasing several cars, that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Nowadays, it's commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Ryan Sellers delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. Coggin Buick GMC of Jacksonville now has another satisfied loyal customer.

I was not pleased when my car, after service, was brought back up not being washed. I thought this was a courtesy.

Just bought our 4th vehicle in a row from Coggin. It has been a great experience every time. They have a no pressure approach; which you know when automobile shopping is greatly appreciated. I really haven't found anyone with better service or PRICES!!!!! Great experience every time.

This is the second new Buick purchase we have made at this dealership. In both cases the sales staff have gone to great lengths to meet our vehicle requirements at a cost we could deal with. We will return when we are again in the market to purchase a new auto. We have also been very pleased with the service after sale.

I had a horrible experience. I am not trying to judge this company online, but feel like I need to share my experience as I was manipulated by them. After signing a bunch of paperwork for a Ford truck I was buying, I then put a cash deposit down. We made arrangements to meet the next morning to pay the balance, as it was 6pm & the banks were closed. I put the cash down to lock the deal - so I was told. Called the next morning to say I was on my way - still no problems. I get to the dealership that morning & was then told the truck was sold in the 12 hours I was not there. What was the point of the paperwork + deposit??? In reference to the cash deposit, I was told they're not responsible by law to refund back to me, but they will give it back if I wait an hour for the manager to get back into the office (like they are doing me a huge favor.)



Hope my story helps someone shopping here. Very shady stuff going on at this dealership. Buyer Beware.
