Hired this company to do some landscaping for us. Mainly we needed them to dig up some bamboo and some ferns for us. Took several calls to get on the schedule even after I paid the deposit. Canceled at the last minute via email when he had agreed to a firm deadline as I am having a garden party next week. I had to endure a very unpleasant phone call to even get his team here. Once here I thought the team worked well. They did a good job with the general lawn tidy and digging up the bamboo. However they didn't even dig up he ferns, just cut the tops off. They cut the power line to my shed and failed to properly repair it. They also destroyed my lawn with their backhoe and only sodded about 30% of the destroyed area. Instead of fixing it or even compromising he tried to upsell us on services while telling us that yards always look like this and I'm his first complaint in 30 years (though he also told me he deleted his website because they had gotten so many negative reviews so yeah). When I told him the price of the remaining sod would come out of my payment he threatened to put a lean on my home while I was holding my son. The whole thing was rude and unprofessional. And now I may have to cancel my son's first birthday party as a result.
All and all I'd give the work a decent rating and the professionalism my lowest possible recommendation.
