This place is a joke. I have wasted a year trying to find some answers about my kidneys. First of all, when I made the original appt it took a few months to see anyone, then I was sent a bloodwork order with NOTHING filled out on the form. So I figure easy mistake. First appt went well, made a follow up appt for 4 months later. Nobody ever called to confirm the appt so I figured it was a go, got a babysitter drove the 45 minutes and was told my dr. did not come in on Tues. I needed to reschedule, I did get to see another Dr, so I wouldn't have to wait another 4 months for an appt. That dr. gave me some medication, he wasn't familiar with me so I guess he did the best he could. 4 months later I have a follow up appt today, I have really been looking forward to finding out some answers, well as I was just about to walk out the door to the appt, the receptionist calls me and tells me that they Dr does not work out of that office anymore and we need to reschedule, wtf! She couldn't have told me this when I called to confirm the appt yesterday? Also, she wanted to make sure that I had in fact received an order for bloodwork that I should have done 2 week prior. I never received such an item and she also could have asked about that when I called to confirm the appt. Not only, did she waste my day I also had a sitter lined up that I had to cancel. What a complete waste of a year of my life trying to get answers about my kidneys. Now, I have to start all over. This place is an absolute disappointment and should not be in business.
