I don't know about the other locations but this salon was the absolute worst salon I have ever sent my niece to. My fifteen year old niece made an appointment Christmas eve for five pm. She showed up at four thirty pm to keep the appointment. She was finally placed in a salon chair for a wash at twelve midnight and didn't leave the salon until two fifty in the morning (Christmas day). The stylist was very unprofessional. The stylist took two walk ins despite her having an appointment (which she made Wednesday morning). The stylist professed a knowledge on how to care for natural hair and that was clearly not the case. The hair (dry) was pulled so hard that her scalp was very sore by the time she finally made it to the wash bowl. She asked for a trim and left with one side of her hair lower than the other. This was an awful experience and I will never recommend this salon again to anyone again. I think this business owner has a good idea of a franchise of beauty salons but if he or she is not hiring professionals then the behavior of this stylist will cost you dearly.
