Had work completed last week - below is the email I sent to the corporate office:



I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that your guys did a fantastic job on my recent pool renovation. This was just a small residential pool, but I was amazed at the professionalism and follow up your company demonstrated all the way until the job was completed.



It started with Charles coming out for an estimate. Professional, knowledgeable sales person, who was quick to get on the same page as me on what I wanted, needed and wanted to spend. The Job started right when he told me it would, and the prices stayed right on estimate throughout the job.



The installation staff was managed by a guy named Pete who I cannot say enough about. Throughout the process he continually made his rounds fixing small issues, and guiding the guys in getting the job correct. Even after installation was completed, he stopped by the house, made sure the area was cleaned, all systems were working and that I was completely happy with the job. I was already happy with the clean-up, but Pete still got the pressure washer back out after clean up, and ran another thorough cleaning in the pool area. There were several other small things that he noticed and fixed over the days of installation. My complete satisfaction and the overall job outcome is specifically due to his diligence.





Normally I would not take the time to write a letter like this, I expect good service when I pay for something, but as you know that is sometimes a bit of a struggle to get… Your guys did such a good job, I really had to take the time to let you know.



We are very happy with the price, your professional staff and the overall outcome of this project. I have kept Charles business card, and will highly recommend your company to other people we know in need of pool renovations.
