I was contacted via a letter stating I was preapproved.

I went in and delt with Ramon.



After filling out the paperwork and supplying financial info, I was told that I was approved by the bank for the 2014 outlander sport.



They ran my credit cards and told me to go home and get my tag off my other car to transfer it.



When I returned, they informed my that I was denied and they return my money the following day.



I a now having issues trying to get my money returned.



They lied and said I was approved, took my money and then backed out and wont return my money
