I visited the store almost a year ago made an appointment on monday to come in that thursday at one. I arrived early and Cheri started my hair on time. Here is the disappointment: Last week I made an appointment on Tuesday to get my hair done the following saturday and when i arrived they had 5 people sitting in the chairs and 3 people waiting and Cheri was no where to be found. I reminded them of my appointment and the young lady told me to comeback on monday. I will not be visiting that store again for my hair braiding needs. I went back to Amy's and was finished in 4 hours WHOOO HOO!!!

They did a good job but I have been up here since 11am and it is now 6pm and I am still here. All I'm getting is corn rows. They got this 13 year old helping with hair and she moves slow. They pull your hair so tight and just pull your hair when combing it, and if I wanted somebody to practice on my head I would of asked my lil niece.....I am so pissed right now
