Don't waste your time, they get over on you , when you leave they charge outrageous prices to your credit. I call them asked them how much I owed they was so rude then they lied and told me that the credit people out more money on me then I owed. The credit people emailed me there report and everything it said. They lied.

This is the worst experience I've ever had in Florida apartment living!!!!! Stay away from these units as the maintence men are unprofessional and due illegal things inside your unit that goes against Jacksonville Code Enforcement guidelines...if you need proof look up all of the public report this city has on these before moving in here. Call Jax Code Enforcement and ask to look up complaints, it's way too many to list on here. I'm still fighting with them to remove old rent debt of 2500 from my credit report after I had to move for the health of my newly adopted children. The mold was out control, there was constant water leaks, heating and air did not work and electrical outlets over heated. Stay away from Charter Landing Apts!!!!!!! P.S. I wish I could give a rating of NEGATIVE 10 STARS! They also have a F rating on the Better Business Bureau!
