HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you're ready to waste your money and have NON professional people attempt to fix your things I would NOT rent from them if it was a last resort. They took advantage of my client because they were from out of state. My client is now a taking legal action against them. This company WILL threaten and even take action of eviction if you are 5 DAYS late on rent. They're over priced, their properties are SH*T. Infestations, leaks, bad windows, houses that are like swis cheese. You want a high electric bill, you like to be ignored? Go ahead, rent from them. The man from 2015 is telling the truth, he should have taken legal action against them. Sewage, especially raw, is a Florida statute no no!!!!! Make sure you know your statutes people and again I URGE you … LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!! Even if you're desperate, you'll be happier you did.

They r SLUMLORDS!!!! We rented 8030 noroad. We moved in may. The first week of june our plumbing backed up and we had raw sewage in pur tub. We called management immediately. After 3 days of no return phone call we chose to withhold junes rent until the problem was resolved. A few days after we complainec we got an eviction notive. We found out that before we were even served with papers it was put back on the market. Wjen we were evicted in july 8 they still hadnt even sent anyone to look at the problem. We lost everything except the clothes on our nack
