The review was erased....and not by me. Everything in it was the complete truth known by most of its residents and past residents of many years. Not people who come and go but decent long time resident s who actually pay their rent. This community used to offer much more, for much less; this used to be a friendly, tight knit neighborhood who looked out for each other. People used to enjoy living there, before management changes repeatedly kept happening. Now the new manager is horrible. Not one opinion but MANY, including people who are trying to get out of their lease and home purchase's. Be careful if you are contemplating a home purchase in this particular community. What is promised and done are two different things....TALK to the past residents and present ones before you buy or rent here, they are the only ones who will be honest. Remember, you will be told by the office what ever it takes to make the sale, once you sign, you get nothing accept harassed. This is the truth by someone who CHOSE to move out because of the new management and their "deceitful issue's and *constant* changing of rules not in the by laws."
