The one star review above was written by me. Since I cannot delete the review I am writing a follow-up. When the owner of Carpet Image found out about my problem she immediately contacted me and we arranged an appointment. The installer was very proffesional and fixed the noise in a few minutes. I am not sure why my issue fell thru the cracks like it did but I must say the owner and installer took care of things in a very courteous and apologetic way. This establishment does deserve its A+ Better Business rating.

On September 6, 2013 we had 6 rooms of carpet installed by Carpet Image Services. The install was a long day but was uneventful. A few days later we noticed a loud popping noise coming from the carpet in the main traffic path in the master bedroom. We called this in and scheduled an appointment with the installer for the following Monday at 4:30. Monday at 4:30 came and went with nobody showing up and nobody calling to reschedule. I waited a couple of days to see if anybody from Carpet Image would call. I then called back and told the showroom person what had happened and she said she would find out and call me back on the following Monday. Nobody called on Monday. I then re-called the showroom and explained what was going on and I was told that this was incredible, this had "never happend before". I was told that she would have the installer call me for another appointment to inspect the noise. This was done and the appointment was set at 6 pm for the following monday. Once again, nobody showed up, nobody called with an explanation. Almost 4 weeks of getting blown off. To this day nobody has called. I find it hard to believe that this is an isolated incident. I myself have never had this kind of experience with any other business that I have been involved with. I certainly will not be using these people for my wood floor in the den nor the tile I need installed in the kitchen and laundry areas. If you use this company for flooring I would carefully walk the install before they leave your house to see if there are any problems. Good luck with getting problems resolved after they leave.

Had carpet in my bonus room and hardwoods in several rooms installed. The customer service, and professionalism were top notch. I would recommend Carpet Image for any flooring needs you have.
