I scheduled an appointment through their online system, and still waited over an hour and a half to be seen. By a nurse. I was there for a urinary tract infection, and just needed a simple antibiotic. I asked for one I do not have a reaction to. The nurse called in a different one, unbeknownst to me, and when I went to pick it up and ask the pharmacist about it, she told me the dose was not sufficient to treat a urinary tract infection. Meanwhile I was in pain. So I went back to Care Spot, thinking a mistake must have been made, and asked to speak to the nurse. Even though I had just been there the night before, and she was not busy, she would not speak to me directly unless I made another expensive appointment. So I had to stand at the reception desk and "relay" messages to her, while she was sitting in the back where I could see her. It was pathetic. She refused to change the medication, and actually told the receptionist to ask me why my pharmacist would tell me information about the medication. Isn't that their job?!? Unbelievable.
Incredibly rude, unprofessional, deceptive, expensive, and unknowledgeable. I will NEVER go back there and I would strongly advise anyone else to use another clinic with nurses and doctors who know what they are doing because you are going to end up having to go somewhere else anyway. I wasted a ton of time and money here. AWFUL.

I went to this location on 07/18/2015. I had been in pain with a infected Bartholin Abscess which had needed to be drained if not removed. My husband had gone to them for a issue this same day whom had to wait 3 hours. Which I should have known better, however, he said for me to make a appointment which would not result in my having to wait as long. I called and made a appointment only to get there and wait 3 hours to be seen by a LPN (5 minutes) which again I should have know better due to I do work for Aetna Insurance and deal with claims from places like this. She just walks in looking at me like she really did not want to assist me and then she places on mask gloves etc. which was okay but when it came time view the problem area of my private area she barely looked and with a quick response stated "we cant do anything for you that you need to go to the ER". Instead of getting the actual Doctor in the room to look. I was so frustrated and in pain I just wanted to get out of there.

Janice lee white should have her lic. removed! My work sent me to her, she then prescribed meds that made my rash larger and more painful. The best part was I had the msda sheets with me of what was on me and she did not read any of them.

I received wonderful care at this urgent care facility. I did have to wait for a few minutes, but was very happy with Dr. NUTTER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.
