Not very happy with the results of living here I've been here for over a year. Where do I need to start. I've been living in the heat with no AC working in the units. I made so many requests to maintenance that they said that I made too many requests that they have to clear all of the tickets first before I can place another request for fixer uppers. They sent us a letter stating that they were going to have the sidewalks done in the middle of the week between 8 and 5. It's now Saturday and in the front of my house I hear loud noises workibg on the sidewalk still not fixed whole I'm trying to sleep. I had to go out and purchase a fan because it's so hot in my apartment and I have a child. I go to the office on Saturdays in a couple times they weren't even open. I don't believe it's worth it at all. I hate I renewed my lease for a second year. Frustrated Tennant and ready to move.

I would not recommend moving here two weeks after moving in all the appliances stopped working had severe flooding staff acts like I was inconvenience to them by complaining. The homes are put together poorly doors fall off paint chips everywhere and the rent is really expensive for crappy homes. One of the leasing ladies Elaine is a very unpleasant person and very rude but Pj on the other hand is a real sweetheart and tries her hardest to take care of any issues I was having. My property was being stolen by my neighbors kid I could go on and on
