It was horrible my sinks where peeling balcony was broke toilet stopped up and bathroom sink leaking bad first apartment ever

Ever since the new management team has taken over about 2 months ago, this place has gotten so much better. The people in the office are very friendly and help you when you need it. Maintenance is very good too. Before they were here it took maintenance forever to come fix things in your apartment but now they come the same day and fix whatever needs to be fixed. We also just started having resident events, which is a bonus and is a good place to meet your neighbors. I would definitely recommend Canterbury Gardens to all of my friends.
