I've been doing laundry here for over 6 years. The place is really relaxed. Machines work great. I have never had a problem with anyone that works there. They stay on top of cleaning the place multiple time a day. Yes, the place seems a little old inside but it's a true staple of the riverside community. I am not sure what the comments were about below but there is hardly ever a machine down. It costs a lot of money to buy a new washer and dryer and when you are earning quarters on washes plus the overhead you can't always just buy a new washer or have it fixed in a timely manner. It's a given in the industry that 1 out of 10 machines are probably down at some time or another. If you have a problem with this place because everything offends go buy your own damn washer and dryer and leave the hard working people at C & B Laundry alone to serve the nice people of the Riverside community.

I decided to give this place a try because of proximity to my apartment. The first time I was there the front of the laundromat was flooded and slippery. They have no change machine and ran out of quarters on Tuesday. Many machines were out of order. I counted 9 of 20 washing machines not working. A little weird they are not open on Wednesday's. My opinion is that the owners focus on the wash/fold service more than keeping their laundromat running with newer machines. I would give them a zero stars if possible.

I would rate this place at 0 stars if I could. I think it was the owner of the place, not sure, but she is apparently a miserable person which doesn't really work in a business that relies on direct customer contact. I went to use a couple of dryers to finish up my laundry today. The place is creepy looking, but whatever. I just wanted my clothes dry. Not that I was expecting a warm welcome or anything, but she made me feel as if I was an intrusion to her business... Then as I was leaving, I was waiting on a phone call. I don't really like to talk and drive, so I waited for a moment in the parking lot. I was sitting there 2 minutes or less when the nasty woman came out to my car and asked me what I was doing. I explained my situation and that I would only be another couple of minutes, to which she responded... Ok, I understand, but your exhaust is getting into my building, you need to go. My car was not backed into the parking spot, so i'm not sure her logic. With the accidents that are caused because people use their cell phones while driving, it's good to know this woman would rather tell me to shove off than to allow me to sit parked for 2 minutes. The was no business up there, place was a ghost town, so I wasn't impeding any potential business. Lesson learned though. Go around the corner to Deluxe... This is what I get for trying a new place and supporting local business. Never visit again and if you are reading this review, I recommend you venture elsewhere as well...
