There are scratches on the right side of my car. They were not there until after my car was washed. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the car before I drove off the lot. Lesson learned.

Came in for a car wash and waited an hour while cars that came after mine were detailed and picked up by owners. I Complained to the cashier and asked to speak with Manager, Ernest Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter did not want to speak with me, He said, “I only speak with the worker responsible for parking cars.” Mr. Carpenter stated, customers are usually wrong and he will not speak with anyone that raises their voice. Of course, I only raised my voice because he would not come speak with me directly, and was questioning a worker that was obviously incapable of determining which car should be detailed next. As a patron of this establishmaent you cannot be trusted to know what time your car is taken in to be washed, nor can you tell what vehicles are taken in around the same time. In Mr Carpenter’s opinion, the Customers have less intelligence than that of the labor force of this establishment.

However, Mr Carpenter did let me know he has nineteen years of management experience and my request for the owners contact information was not necessary. Apparently he feels the owner is not interested in the validity of customer complaints either. After my altercation with Mr. Carpenter I have no doubt about his educational adequacy to fulfill the position of manager.

Needless to say, my car wash was on par with the customer service at this establishment and I will not return. Mandarin residents deserve far better than the service Bubbles Car Wash has to offer. Don’t waste your time with this business, keep driving, there are far better car washes in Jacksonville.

Other than doing a poor job cleaning the inside of my windshield, I've been very satisfied, particularly for the price. Incidentally I've yet to find a car wash at any price that does a satisfactory job cleaning the inside of car windows.

They did a very poor job. There was still bug residue on the windshield and on the grill. The customer service was also lacking. Called the manager, Ernest, and he was less than helpful. Will not take our cars there any longer.
