Worst company ever! I have no choice using them because it is who my landlord chose. Every time they come out to fix something, they leave it ten times worse than it was! They've been here three times for my hot water heater now and each time they "fix" it i'm left with even less hot water and less water pressure! The plumber said he ordered a part but never turned in the ticket so nobody knew it was supposed to be ordered or that they were even supposed to come back! I can't wait to see how many more times they need to come back before I have hot water again and some water pressure.

This company was to do come out and check an issue with our AC, we were told we would receive a call from the tech to let us know when he is on his way. I had to leave the home and attempted to contact their office and left a voice message with an updated number as well as changing our home message to include that number and when I got home ( 45 mins ) later there was a "sorry we missed you" on my door. There was NO ATTEMPT to contact me to let me know the tech was on his way here and of course they would not send him back out the same day!!

This web site recommended BFS for their professionalism and customer service and that is why I thought I would try them to fix my Washer. They came out on Monday and discovered that I needed a new Water Pump. It is now five days that I have waited for the part to get in. It should take no more than three days for a fix on a Washer at the maximum. I'm not impressed with the way this job has been handled and will not use their service again.
