Provided by YP.comlots of loud music from cars, gun shots on new year (witnessed not assumed) maint. crew doesn't clean up after them selfs nor do they pay attention when you have a complaint. Landscaping crew will be happy to shoot crap all over your car and scratch it up for you. This is not a move I am too happy with. Please do your homework before dealing with these folks. 830-930 a month is way too much for what you are getting here it should be more like 500-650 a month. good luck
