Everyone was very friendly. Front desk,vet assistant, and the vet. They did not rush me in and out but spent time actually helping me and my dog. Not the usual "lets see how much we can get from him real fast" like other vets i have been to.
Five stars for sure.

I have nothing but good things to say about the two vets that work at this clinic. However, the front desk staff is a completely different matter. I dread picking up the phone to call this clinic. When my pet is sick, the very last thing I need is to feel like my call is a burden or distraction from whatever else might be going on in the office. They are very short/rude with me, have made mistakes with appointments and refused to acknowledge the error, and don't answer my questions adequately. I have recently switched to a vet with a much more helpful staff. It's a huge weight off my shoulders.

Dr. Hightman and his staff did everything possible for my little Pomeranian, ZuZu Petals. Although there was every form of medicine available, she had cancer which was agressive. I'm just glad Dr. Hightman, with a tears of his own, was there to take away her pain when it became uncomfortable. I thank God & St. Francis that ZuZu Petals made her own decision to leave today in peace and calm. She was met by her darling sweet "ever so happy" brother, Snickers, over on the other side, as I know he has so much to show her! Now, my sweet little ZuZu Petals is again happy & playing over on the other side, and she will run to greet me when it is my turn. Dr. Hightman & staff have always been the best & always will be best because they are blessed. Loving my ZuZu Petals forever.

I took my cat to be treated with herbal medicine, Dr. Hightman prescribed herbal medicine and injected my beloved pet with cortizone. Either you believe in holistic medicine or chemicals, you cannot mix both. The cat died two days later. He failed to inform me that he did not have any cure. It was all for the name of the almightly money.
