Doug came out today and I had questions concerning my lawn and watering. He gave me very good info I was not aware of and was courteous and respectful. He also suggested aeration and was setting that up for February. Looking forward to Spring and Green!!!

Purchased two services. They took money for a second service for which they never did. I said I needed monthly service and they refused to do it. They only spray three times a year which they were here in June it is now Almost October and they have taken the amount for initial service which was not done. And now they are taking the money for monthly. They refused to give money back . Buyer beware!

I have been with Brandon Pest Control for about 10 years now and I cannot tell you how happy I am with their service. When I call they are very courteous and knowledgable. I just had my annual termite inspection the young lady was prompt and inspected my home inside and out. I recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Brandon Pest Control was sent by my landlord to treat and prevent termites. Brandon Pest Control's representative, Josh, noticed areas where various pests could get inside the house and showed me the problem (in addition to notifying my landlord). He patiently explained various treatments and after answering my many questions we decided on a plan of action to eliminate the ants and scorpions that were getting inside the house. Josh then did a thorough treatment of the house (inside and out) much to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Brandon Pest Control!

Today we were visited by Stephanie Richardson for our yearly inspection. She was friendly and treated us like family. She was very knowledgeable about her company and their practices. She was able to answer all questions efficiently when we asked. Our home is a new build that we have been in for a year. We felt very confident in keeping a business relationship with Brandon Pest Control. Stephanie also gave us some tips about how to remulch so as to leave room by the foundation and gave suggestions on a better mulch.

Tim came by my house when I told him I was having a problem with the weird ants getting into my house and the abundance of mice we'd been noticing outside. He was immediately friendly and helpful and explained to me exactly what kind of ants they were, how to get rid of them, and how to keep them from coming back. As for the mice, I have never been big on killing animals he was even gracious enough to show me live traps and how to set them up myself if I ever end up getting them again. (Living on a farm this is a part of life but at least they can stay OUTSIDE where they belong!) I would recommend him as a tech especially for his friendly and professional manner. Tim made me feel a ton less embarrassed about my pest problem and that this is something that can happen to anyone's home.

I would like to commend the services rendered by Chris Anderson and Joey in taking care of my lawn. Both were very responsive in resolving the weed problem in my yard. I am totally satisfied with their plan of action taken. Thanks Guys,

Canceled my service after 10+ years because some of their office staff are rude and condescending. I had to have my house retreated because the previous treatment did not resolve the pest problem. The office staff insist the retreatment was not a retreatment but a quarterly treatment; however I did not receive the quarterly treatment. Even the technician who treated my house agrees with me. Unfortunately, the office staff refuses to listen to me without being rude. A long time customer like me just doesn't cancel his service without good reason. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Their are plenty other reputable pest control companies in the Jacksonville area.

Oct 2015 we killed all existing weeds and hired Brandon's. Mar 2016 removed all dead weeds, tilled the soil, mass plugged front and side yard, sodded 3/4 back yard. With regular proper watering the grass looked healthy the first two months. Early May noticed tremendous amount of weeds and the St. Augustine grass dying, even the older well established grass. Called Brandon's to come evaluate. Said had refrained from chemicals, thus far, until new grass established. Sprayed chemicals. Called Brandon's approx. every few weeks, as grass continued, and continues to die. We continue to water properly. Said they did nothing wrong. I called 5 other lawn companies to evaluate. Said too many chemicals and major pest damage. An exact 2 foot strip between us and neighbor's lawn, healthy for years, dead or dying. Brandon's refused to make it right. After complaining on social media, offered to reimburse only for their monthly service and to sign legal contract we'd not complain further. No thanks.

Use them for lawn care only. Started with them in

April. Since then a large portion of my lawn has died. They say I should have called them and told them what was happening. Stupid me I thought that was what their tech was supposed to be doing.

I never had these issues when I took care of my lawn.

Loved their service! Technicians and office staff were courteous and helpful, service was great and bugs were kept to a very low minimum! Didn't have the lawn service, just pest control...

Absolutely loved this company in the beginning of service. In fact, our lawn looked so good, a lot of neighbors started using them. Over the years though,we have had to call numerous times because their weed treatment was poor. Maybe technician problems? Not sure?

Said they put something on his breaker box that everyone will see, wel prob had termites cause he was to cheap to treat before he got the, see u in court "please"!! They are a great company, my family has used them for 20 yrs to this day. U better watch out u may wind up in court for slander!! They can figure out who posted,1 idiot like u does not hurt a great company, people see other reviews and they understand there would be a idiot or 2 like u that don't get what u want, u choose not to treat and get termites, it by law has to be disclosed or u can be dishonest like now and remove thing on ur power box and lie like now , get a life ! Check ur own integrity! But u prob don't car , 100% recommend they give u what u pay for which is not the case for most pest out there

I've used Brandon for years and their service is top notch. I have always received quality service from friendly professional staff. Recommended to everyone I know.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

They made a false report and posted it on my breaker panel for everyone to see (I am selling my house and did not hire these liars. - now every potential buyer will be put off by a false report.)

WARNING!!!! Brandon Pest control are unethical business people. Practice unethical and deceptive tactics to trick their targets into a long term contract they are unaware of. These guys billed me a high initial rate then 60 days later billed me again for a quarterly service. After complaining they showed no concern for my complaint and refused to service me. Then charged me for services i never received. Please be aware. There are companies that can skate by with good reviews for just doing a basic job. This company had numerous opportunities to win me back and right what was wrong and they have not only chosen not to but spat in my face....

I use Brandon at my house and they also service my office. I would highly recommend them. The customer service is the best I have ever seen for any company. Every service tech that comes out is extremely friendly and professional. The front desk people are also very friendly. I have referred at least 5 people to them and all of them were very happy with their service.
