I called Pierson AC and Electric when my unit stopped blowing cool air. It was the beginning of April and I knew it was going to get very hot. Their service tech came out and checked out my unit and told me he could fix it but it would just be a temporary fix. He suggested that since my unit was over fifteen years old that I should really think about getting a new one. When I told him I would like to get a quote he immediately called the Pierson Comfort Adviser to set up an appointment, and to my surprise I was able to meet with him that day. When Chad arrived he explained to me The Pierson Way. He then proceeded to ask me comfort questions about my house and where I was uncomfortable the most (questions that no other AC company has asked me). When the new unit was installed Chad came back out and did a final run of my unit. I have had the unit almost a month now and to my delight rooms in my house that felt like an oven (my home office and the master bedroom) have been so much more comfortable. I would recommend Pierson AC and Electric to any of my friends.
