2 major problems:

They had to return 3 times to fix the installation of a new A/C and then I still had to fix another problem after they left. I also had to explain to the technician the difference between a parallel and series electrical installation when he was installing the automatic cut off switches.

They also insist on you buying an annual maintenance package, that can cost up to $ 300 per year, even after they sell you a 10 year parts and labor warranty and if you don't buy it, then they put you at the back of the service list when you call for a repair.

Avoid this company. There are so many to choose from that this should not even be on your list.

I have been using Air Flow for over 20 years. They installed the a/c when we built the house and have given us great service ever since. I can't say enough about them and I do recommend them to evenyone. I tried someone else once because I didn't know to call them. I was ripped off big time. Air Flow has always given us great service, their technicians keep you informed and tell you exactly what is happening and what needs to be done. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!
