I went to the business to get a estimate for repair for a hand knotted Tibetan rug damaged in an insurance claim. The owner was extraordinarily rude. I advised I simply needed an estimate for repair on his letterhead per the insurance company’s request. So after taking it in, and leaving with nothing in writing, I write him for the estimate via email. He typed it out in the email but refused to put it on his official company paperwork. After about 5 requests by email explaining how the insurance wanted it, he did not reply. So I took it in a second time in person thinking I could clear up any issue in person. Within 2 minutes of my arrival he refused to put anything in writing, saying he sent it to me in email form. Again explaining what was needed he rudely kicked me out of his store.
Do not give this man your business. He handles his business in a very shady way. I would not trust him in the care of my rugs nor would I ever step foot in his store again to buy a thread of yarn
