I had no choice but to give them one star as I can't leave blank. Run as fast as you can. I hired this company to haul a vehicle from JAX to my customer 65 miles south. It was cleared by Customs yesterday and I was promised first thing for PU Friday morning. Driver arrived at 1pm. These guys knew a week in advance this was a Hummer H2 and the driver shows up with a 2 level trailer and cannot fit the vehicle on the trailer. I get a call from his dispatcher at 4pm On Friday they cannot haul the vehicle. I advised this owner is handicapped and needs his wheelchair from the vehicle and to have the driver go back and drive the vehicle to my customer. Driver and helper have already left the port, which closes at 4pm for the weekend and he drives back to his yard and drops his trailer off. I had to beg the guy at the port to wait as the customer was in need of his wheelchair. NO sense of urgency from this company. The icing on the cake was the driver has the customer sign a rate confirmation that shows what I was paying the towing company! No BOL, DO, or any of the other 6 papers I faxed them were signed. Still not sure if the driver did an inspection report on the vehicle prior to picking up. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOPPY SERVICE! DO NOT USE!!!!!

This company was prompt and best of AFFORDABLE! They came to my rescue in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Big O Towing to anyone, and also utilize their services again.
