I had used Beverly before on 3 different occasions without incident. The last time I used her services, she had the wrong time for dropoff and had me drop my 2 dogs off at her "partner's" residence. I left them with her and Beverly had assured me she would be picking up my dogs either later that evening or the following morning. The next day, I received a phone call from a stranger stating that my dogs had been running around the neighborhood all morning and were currently on their front porch. Luckily I was only an hour away. I called Beverly franrically and left several messages. I ended up cancelling my plans and went to get my dogs myself. I also tried contacting the woman whose house Beverly had me drop them off with and did not get an answer either. I picked up the dogs and about 4 hours later, I received a voice mail from Beverly CURSING the woman who she had me leave my dogs with and stating that she told her to "LOCK THEM UP IN A BATHROOM". She also promised to refund my money. The "partner" called me that evening, returned all my food, toys, and bowls. Beverly had gone into her house, taken the money that I had left and my dogs leashes. To this day (almost 3 weeks later) I still have not heard back from Beverly after leaving her numerous messages requesting a refund and for the return of my leashes. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A PET SITTER AND I WOULD FEAR FOR THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF MY DOGS OR ANY ANIMAL LEAVING THEM WITH BEVERLY AND HER PET SITTING SERVICE.

We used Beverly to sit our 3 dogs over a long weekend. In short, she resorted to using a drawer shelf out of our refrigerator for a second watering dish, did not return our calls after calling us in a panic, and allowed an outdoor-only dog on our hardwood floors. We have since located an A+ type of sitter. I hope you will think twice before using Beverly. If she had ever called us back after we returned early, we might have discussed the spoiled food (the refrigerator door was left ajar) and her lack of responsiveness in returning our call when we were out of town, but she never once tried us back. I was severely disappointed.
