I heard about this place from a friend of mine. I had been dropping my clothes for last six months. My experience was always good. Blerta took good care of my clothes. Never had any issues either with drop off or pick up. Quality of service is good and the prices are reasonable and competitive.

So far I have had a great experience. Working in marketing, I believe most people post a review when they have a bad experience, but I would like to change that for this cleaners. The people at the front desk have been wonderful and my clothes perfect. Thanks

I too was pleased w/ the speedy drop off service. I came back to the facility to pick up my garment 2 days after the ready by date on my ticket....item was not there. I had a wedding to go to & was completely inconvenienced due to this matter. I ask for a discount once I returned hours later to pick up the garment. The lady told me no. She was just filling in. I also asked to speak to the manager or get a number they could be reached at....and was told no again. She stated the manager was at a graduation for daughter, as if the wedding I was attending meant nothing. Completely dissatisfied & will NEVER use this cleaner service again. Best price for HORRIBLE service.

I was pleased until they lost two pairs of pants. What upsetted me was the young lady blamed me for not turning them in.
