Always prefer a local independent store to a national chain, but it’s the service and relationship that keeps me coming back to Bennett’s!! I couldn’t ask for kinder, more helpful and even caring individuals than those at Bennett’s.

Walked in asked if they had this filter, the young kids in there acted like I wasn't even there. Had to say well! Took the filter, but still did not reply,verbally.

When I first walked into the store it was a little Busy but the a tall young man helped me right away I walked in looking for a trimmer but after I told him what I was looking for he lead me to the kombi series of motets and attachments to help me save money!!! Then after I purchased my new equipment he helped me out loading it up and then he hooked me of with a free stihl hat! Great experience Bennetts power!! Great work!

This power equipment shop is an answer to prayer in our neighborhood. I still remember when this shop opened. Glenn Bennett is one of the best customer service people to deal with. After having used this shop for a while, this is THE ONLY REPAIR SHOP allowed to touch any of my equipment. I've been in lawn care & tree trimming for over forty years and have never known anyone better with knowledge or willingness to help. Not only do I use this shop for repairs, but also for new equipment and parts & accessories. You can be sure if Glenn deals with you, it will be good. And, if ever any type of mistake or error is made, they will correct it as soon as you point it out. Hey, we are all human but he is one that is willing to take care of you when necessary. I stake my reputation on it!

Im a local mobile small engine mechanic of 30 years I went to bennetts for parts and the charged me 16.99 for a single primer bulb why i wonder when there in there web site for 4.69ea i only caught the error after writeing out my invoice for my services when i came back to bennetts the counter person saud they didnt set the prices when i pulled up there web site and showed them they saud they couldnt help me and have a nice day What is the reason for the rip off if a car mechanic buys parts from the dealer they dont jack the prices up because they work on cars Really id never di that to them but ofcoarse i have morals.

I spent about 8 to 10k with them and had a bad experience with them over something stupid and will never give them a nother dollar of my money again and tell everybody
