I do not know anything about Tile. I admit that right up front. My contractor told me exactly what to get. I went to the showroom and got some help from a salesperson. She understood what I wanted and we found exactly what I needed. Somewhere between us deciding on the tile and the tile getting to my contractor, there was an error. I was specific about the tile I wanted. I wanted ceramic and not porcelain. I ended up with porcelain veneer and garbage. Then I discovered that I could not return it. The sales person recalls our conversation and attempts to mediate for me but to no avail. Do NOT shop there. The customer service is horrendous. I know there are lots of tile to look at but if they mess up the order, you are out with no recourse! Lousy company and lousy customer service. I am going to go somewhere else and buy tile for my home and never grace their door again. Go anywhere else. They are definitely over rated.

We have bought a lot of tile over the years, as my husband had been in the tile business at one time and we had previously dealt with a tile dealer that had been a fixture on the westside. But they were bought out & were never the same again. The new owners have only managed to run that old respected business into the ground and most of the loyal customers and longtime employees off. I also did not want to shop the big box stores - rather limited selections.



Since we are in the process of building our new house and most of it will be tiled, naturally I had been shopping around for a new tile dealer. I found Bedrosians to have a very nice selection of tile to choose from and their prices were not unreasonable. Also, they seem to always have some good sales going on. I had scoped them out over several months to ensure that they were consistent with this practice, as it would be quite a while before I was actually ready to purchase over 2000 sq ft of various types of tile for our new house.



So far I have found their personnel to be helpful when I had questions, but they allowed me to browse around without trailing me like I was about to rob the place. I have recommended Bedrosians to my builder and to our friends who are still in the tile business as a good place to send customers.

The customer service was not friendly at all & if you wanted to get help it was like you were bothering the people that work there.Also when I ordered my material it took to long to get loaded in my car(2hr).I would not shop here ever again
